Accuracy of Information: We strive to ensure all information on our Site — including pricing, availability, and service descriptions — is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that all information will be entirely free from errors. Any discrepancies should be reported to us immediately at info@alphagetravel.com.

Booking Terms: All bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation by Alphaget Travel & Cargo Services. A reservation is not considered confirmed until you receive written or electronic confirmation from our team. Quote requests submitted through the Site do not constitute a binding booking.

Cargo Shipments: All cargo and freight services are subject to carrier terms and conditions, applicable customs regulations, and the laws of origin and destination countries. Alphaget Travel & Cargo Services is not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from customs holds, carrier failures, or force majeure events.

Changes & Cancellations: Modifications or cancellations to confirmed bookings may be subject to fees as outlined by the relevant airline, hotel, or freight carrier. Users are responsible for reviewing individual service provider policies prior to confirming a booking with us.

Note:  Visa assistance is provided as a support service only. Alphaget Travel & Cargo Services does not guarantee visa approval, which remains at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authority.

  1. Payments & Pricing

Currency: All quoted and invoiced amounts will be specified in the currency agreed upon at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).

Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, mobile money, and major credit and debit cards. All payments are subject to validation checks and must clear before a booking is confirmed.

Price Changes: Prices quoted on the Site or in communications are indicative and subject to change without notice, particularly for flight fares and freight rates which fluctuate with market conditions. Alphaget Travel & Cargo Services reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, including after a quote has been issued.

Refunds: Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed in accordance with the relevant service provider’s refund policy. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be reflected in your account. Some bookings — particularly non-refundable fares or advance cargo shipments — may not be eligible for refund.

Important:  Alphaget Travel & Cargo Services is not responsible for currency fluctuations, bank fees, or third-party charges incurred during payment processing.
