This has literally been the best service I have ever received from a travel agency since I started travel on my own 20 years ago this month. Getachew was professional, kind, communicated efficiently and thus timely. He handled my questions with ease and was patient despite my several questions, and he was accessible via several forms i.e. email, phone, text.
