Best customer service
This has literally been the best service I have ever received from a travel agency since I started travel on my own 20 years ago this month. Getachew was professional, kind, communicated efficiently and thus timely. He handled my questions with ease and was patient despite my several questions, and he was accessible via several forms i.e. email, phone, text. He was willing to look into my questions that are outside of the agency's current scope. I appreciate him and will be using him for all my traveling needs that they can meet moving forth. Thank you!
